Information about Donating Funds to Taunton Ultimate

The following information will explain how you can support the running of Taunton Ultimate and how donating money can help the club to run. But firstly we would like to thank you for considering whether or not to support the club, this club would be impossible to run without your support!

Club Funds

Currently the club is funded entirely from donations but regular funds are received from the club president as set out in the constitution.

Our current funding position is:

Money you donate to the club will be stored in the club bank account which is a clubs and societies account. Money may be used to buy equipment such as:

Discs
Bibs
Sideline equipment (water bottles, first aid kit, score boards etc)
Subsidise Club Clothing
Administration Stationary

It may also be used for any of the following:

Venue Hire
Up fronting Tournament Fees
Publicity
Contributing towards website costs

Full details of all deposits and expenditure will be made available in the treasurers annual report as specified in the club constitution and receipts are available on request from the treasurer.

Please make donations to any member of the committee and ensure you receive a receipt

Cash
Cheque : Please make cheques payable to TAUNTON ULTIMATE

At NatWest Bank
Cash : Please ask Ed for the club account number but they may find us with the name TAUNTON ULTIMATE.
Cheque : Please make cheques payable to TAUNTON ULTIMATE
